The look back period will be extended from thirty six months to sixty months. Major changes to ability to transfer assets are expected.

Medicare Issues
No more waiting lists and additional support for transportation, nutrition and housing services are key parts of the State's Aging Reform Agenda in 2008. Steve Smith, director of the FSSA Division of Aging, noted that wait lists are being reduced already. The goal is to eliminate the lists totally in 2008. By using more State funds to leverage Federal matching dollars, 8,000 older Hoosiers from the wait list are now receiving services.

You only pay if we can help. You will never have to pay for our initial consultation. We will meet with you for up to an hour without any cost or obligation. You will know exactly what services we can provide and how much it will cost from the beginning.

You know upfront what our services will cost you. We use fixed fee agreements with most of clients. You will always know what our representation will cost you. You are provided with a fixed fee agreement for the attorney's time instead of getting billed by the hour. This means no extra charges to you for phone calls to your attorney when you have a question or concern. Fixed fee agreements allow everyone to rest assured about the cost of our legal representation or services.
